The Finnish sauna is the warmest room in Fire & Ice, and it holds eighteen. The Volcano sauna burns lower, in mood light. The glass-fronted sauna looks out while you sweat.
02 — Steam
Five rooms, then more
In the Rainforest: Emerald, Rock View, Bamboo, Tropical Mist, and the Saunarium. Across in Fire & Ice: herbal, crystal, and rose. The club’s own line runs from eucalyptus to lavender.
03 — Ice
Twelve degrees
The plunge is held at 12 degrees, with fresh ice every thirty minutes. When you want the cold without the water, there is the Ice Igloo.
04 — Rest
Loungers and water
Twelve heated loungers in the Rainforest. The Serenity Lounge. The Waterfall Café, under a 15-metre fall of water. Coffee, or prosecco.

Had a spa treatment and afternoon tea with my 2 daughters there today. The staff were lovely and helpful. Everywhere was clean and well-maintained. The spa treatment was fabulous and the therapists were attentive and very professional. Lots of saunas, steam rooms, and 2 jacuzzi pools available. Food was plentiful and mostly homemade. Would heartily recommend, going again soon. A+.
My husband and I spent a wonderful day at the club on our anniversary. A warm welcome and brilliant customer service were impressive. We were shown around and made full use of all the facilities. The new fire and ice experience was available and none of the experience rooms and facilities were overcrowded which was nice. Everything was lovely and clean and the afternoon tea had a good section of nicely presented fresh sandwiches and cakes. The treatment package was the revive one and it did just that, Iona had magic hands and put back at what life takes out. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.
Came here for a lovely mother and daughter day! It did not disappoint, we have been here on many occasions and thoroughly enjoyed the day! The spa has an array of facilities, the massage was very relaxing and the afternoon tea was a nice touch! Thank you Regent, we’ve already booked to return!
